Social Media Marketing Executive

Funding Sathi is a fast-growing fintech company based in Thane West, Mumbai, helping MSMEs access working capital through invoice discounting, supply chain finance and business loans. We are looking for a Social Media + WhatsApp Marketing Executive who can manage our digital presence and WhatsApp marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

• Manage and grow Funding Sathi's LinkedIn and social media presence.
• Plan and publish 4–5 posts per week.
• Create B2B content for CFOs, Finance Heads, DSA partners and MSME audiences.
• Write scripts and coordinate short-form videos/reels.
• Research topics related to MSME finance, working capital, invoice discounting and DSA industry updates.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Track reach, engagement, profile views and inbound enquiries.

WhatsApp Marketing

• Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns for a large audience of DSA partners and MSME clients.
• Send 2–3 targeted broadcasts per week.
• Create short, engaging and action-oriented WhatsApp messages.
• Maintain, clean and segment contact lists.
• Track delivery, read and response rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team for interested leads.
• Manage WhatsApp responses and forward potential leads to the sales team.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience; freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply.
• Excellent written Hindi and English; Hinglish B2B communication is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Understanding of LinkedIn B2B content.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business or broadcast tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of GST, working capital and invoice discounting.
• Good organizational and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office

Location: Thane West, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,000–₹18,000/month
