Tally Support Executive

Job Responsibilities  Provide TallyPrime/Tally ERP support to clients through phone, remote assistance, and field visits.  Visit client locations to understand and resolve Tally-related issues and queries.  Install, configure, and troubleshoot Tally software at client premises.  Handle issues related to Tally company creation, configuration, backup, restoration, data management, and user access.  Provide support for GST, invoicing, inventory, accounting, and taxation-related features in Tally.  Assist clients with Tally upgrades, license activation, synchronization, and related technical issues.  Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.  Coordinate with the internal team for complex technical or customization-related issues.  Maintain proper records of client complaints, visits, and resolutions in the CRM/support system.  Follow up with clients to ensure issues are completely resolved and maintain good customer relationships.  Provide basic training and guidance to clients on Tally features and best practices.  Travel to client locations whenever required for support and implementation activities. Required Skills & Qualifications  Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Tally Support.  Good knowledge of TallyPrime / Tally ERP 9.  Strong understanding of Accounting, GST, Inventory, and basic taxation concepts.  Experience in troubleshooting Tally-related client issues.  Good communication and client-handling skills.  Should be comfortable with field visits and travelling to client locations.  Ability to understand client requirements and provide practical solutions.  Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, printers, and other common software related issues will be an advantage.  Should be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn new technologies. Preferred Candidate  Male candidate preferred for this field-support role.  Candidates with experience in Tally Partner / Tally Service Provider companies will be preferred.  Candidates who are comfortable travelling to client locations in Mumbai and nearby areas.  Candidates with good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
