Job Description
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Executive to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, promote our products/services, and close sales. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
- Explain products/services and generate sales
- Handle customer objections confidently and professionally
- Maintain call records and follow up on leads
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
