Account Manager- Beauty India

Job Purpose and Impact
The Account Manager – Beauty India will help increase sales and revenue from moderately complex new and existing market segments and channels. In this role, you will help shape business expansion strategies and provide input for the annual business development plans to reach objectives and revenue.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and execute sales growth strategy for Cargill Beauty's ingredient portfolio in South Asia.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve annual sales targets.
- Manage strategic customer relationships with multinational and local beauty manufacturers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop project pipelines.
- Collaborate with technical, regulatory, supply chain and marketing teams to support customer projects.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions and contract execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to support business planning.
- Manage distributors and channel partners where applicable.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and business updates to regional leadership.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in personal care ingredients, specialty chemicals or related industries.
Preffered Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the India beauty and personal care market.
- Proven track record in business development and key account management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
