What would you do? The primary responsibility of this role is to manage New Hire and Domain Training programs, including designing, developing, and customizing HRO training content based on business requirements. The role works closely with Delivery and Mobilization teams to support learning interventions, knowledge management, and employee readiness.Secondary responsibilities include coaching and mentoring employees, monitoring training progress, preparing reports, and providing leadership support. The role also helps new hires successfully integrate into Accenture s ways of working and project-specific requirements. Talent Development focuses on enhancing employee skills, knowledge, and career growth through structured learning and development programs. The role involves identifying skill gaps, designing and delivering training programs, and ensuring employees are equipped to meet business and client requirements. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. What are we looking for? Conduct induction training for new joiners and refresher training for existing employees. Deliver training on HRO processes, tools, systems, customer orientation, and new updates. Identify training needs and prepare training plans based on business requirements. Develop and update training content, modules, assessments, and learning materials. Facilitate domain cross-training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and tool-based training (e.g., Excel). Deliver training through classroom sessions, virtual sessions, and blended learning methods. Track employee training completion, effectiveness, and learning progress. Partner with business leaders and Capability Development teams to address skill gaps. Support planning and execution of training programs, including logistics and scheduling. Ensure training materials and activities comply with organizational policies and standards. Maintain training records, reports, and learning dashboards. Keep updated on process changes, business requirements, and industry trends. Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions when required. Coordinate with external training vendors and learning partners as needed. Support hiring and onboarding activities related to capability development and training.
