What this job involves: 

We are looking for a Facilities Manager to take full ownership of the operational delivery at one of our client's flagship office locations. Reporting to the Account Director, you will lead and support the on-site team across all integrated technical and soft services, ensuring the highest standard of workplace experience for clients, colleagues, and visitors at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same — you'll be the go-to person for service delivery, client escalations, financial management, and continuous improvement, all within a modern, high-spec working environment that thrives on community, enthusiasm, and engagement. 

What your day-to-day will look like: 

• Lead, coach, and mentor the on-site JLL team across all service lines, driving engagement, service excellence, and client-aligned delivery 

• Act as the primary point of contact for local teams and clients, ensuring all service requests are handled within agreed timelines, KPIs, and SLAs 

• Oversee IFM operations including H&S compliance, engineering services, contractor management, PPM programs, and sustainability initiatives 

• Manage Building Management Systems, EHS and Quality compliance, supported by the JLL Account Leadership Team 

• Ensure consistent delivery standards across daily/periodic cleaning, event management, MAC processes, and mailroom operations 

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, managing agents, and local suppliers to enable seamless service delivery 

• Support financial management activities, including budget oversight, cost savings identification, and cost avoidance opportunities

 

Required Qualifications: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Facilities Management or related client-facing role 

• Proven experience managing on-site teams across multiple service lines 

• Strong knowledge of FM processes, H&S legislation, and compliance requirements 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and negotiation 

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) 

• Fluency in Italian and English 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Previous experience in a high-profile corporate environment and/or technical laboratory setting 

• Background hospitality service 
• Experience in financial management and contract oversight 

• Ability to network effectively at all levels of the organisation and adapt to evolving business requirements
