Hiring: Field Sales Executive – Tools & Hardware Brand (Konkan Region)

📍 Locations: Ratnagiri, Chiplun, Khed, Dapoli, Kankavli, Sawantwadi, Malvan, Pen, Alibag, Mangaon, Mahad

We are a growing Tools & Hardware brand looking for energetic Field Sales Executives to expand our dealer network in the Konkan region.

💼 Job Role

Visit hardware & Tools Shops daily

Appoint new dealers and take orders

Explain product features (power tools, hand tools, accessories)

Build strong relations with shop owners & contractors

Achieve monthly targets

Collect payments from dealers

Share daily visit reports on WhatsApp

📌 Requirements

1–4 years field sales experience (hardware, electrical, FMCG, tiles, paints preferred)

Must know local area well

Good communication in Marathi & Hindi

Must be comfortable with daily field travel

Age: 20–40

💰 Salary & Benefits

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

+ Attractive Commission on sales (Based on Target)v

Travel allowance + mobile allowance

Performance bonuses

Growth opportunity to become Area Sales Manager
