What would you do? "The person taking up this role will be responsible for the preparation and support of standard Compliance reports, using data from internal and client systems. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role requiring proficiency in Excel, with basic exposure to Power Query and VBA for report automation + Compliance Tools. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work with data accurately, and a willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset are essential for success."

Roles and Responsibilities: "• Support the development and delivery of standard recurring reports using Excel and data from Compliance systems such as Bullhorn; Cognos; Peoplesoft • Maintain consistency, accuracy, and reliability across reporting outputs through regular checks and validation • Identify and escalate data anomalies or inconsistencies to senior team members for timely resolution • Collaborate with team members to meet reporting timelines and service level commitments • Assist in root cause investigations for reporting issues and support documentation of corrective actions • Contribute to team initiatives, process improvements, and operational deliverables as assigned • Participate in training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance reporting skills and process understanding• Remains comfortable extending support until 1200 EST for Client meetings & discussions"
