Eligibility CriteriaApplicants must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Diploma.
• No academic backlog or academic gap.
• Diploma in:
• Electronics & Telecommunication
• Electrical & Electronics
• Freshers only (zero work experience). Candidates with an active UAN are not eligible.
• Candidates who have already completed or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training under the Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act, 1973 in any Government, Public Sector, or Private Industrial Organization are not eligible to apply.
• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide rollout support for network elements.
• Conduct surveys, audits, and supervise new network deployments.
• Support new enterprise and mobility customers.
• Resolve network-related trouble tickets and customer complaints.
• Perform network testing and support performance management activities.
• Competencies RequiredBasic knowledge of telecom networks.
• Project management skills.
• Service delivery orientation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.

Selection ProcessThe selection process consists of:

• Online Assessment
• Functional Test
• Panel Interview
