#LI-DNI - Old TAR - LNT/P-ME/1715403 Job Title: Engineer / Junior Engineer – Plant & MachineryQualification:Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) / Civil EngineeringExperience:Minimum 1 project experience in handling construction equipment / plant machineryJob Responsibilities:Manage and supervise operation, maintenance, and deployment of construction equipmentEnsure availability and optimal utilization of machinery such as cranes, launching equipment, batching plants, and other heavy equipmentPlan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant and machineryMonitor equipment performance, productivity, and downtimeMaintain records of equipment logs, maintenance schedules, and utilization reportsCoordinate with site teams for timely mobilization and demobilization of equipmentEnsure all machinery complies with safety standards, statutory requirements, and certificationsOversee fuel consumption, spare parts management, and cost controlSupport troubleshooting and technical issue resolution at siteEnsure proper handling and operation by trained and authorized personnelKey Skills Required:Knowledge of construction equipment and machinery operationsUnderstanding of preventive maintenance and troubleshootingFamiliarity with hydraulic systems and heavy equipment functioningBasic understanding of safety and statutory compliance requirementsStrong coordination and problem-solving skillsRole Expectation:Responsible for efficient management and maintenance of plant & machineryEnsure minimum downtime, maximum utilization, and safe operations of all equipment
