Proposition management- Feature consumption

Function: Affluent Propositions-HO and Support 

Role Overview

Support the end-to-end execution of credit card offers and propositions, drive channel engagement, and enable growth in Solitaire Credit Card penetration. The role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless offer delivery, timely resolution of queries, and effective execution of business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Offer Management

• Manage the end-to-end execution and delivery of credit card (CC) offers, ensuring timely implementation and adherence to agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to track offer readiness, resolve execution issues, and ensure seamless delivery across customer touchpoints.
• Monitor offer performance, identify gaps, and support initiatives to improve offer effectiveness.

2. Channel Engagement & Support

• Act as a key point of contact for sales and distribution channels for credit card offer-related queries, clarifications, and escalations.
• Enable channels with timely updates, offer details, and relevant communication to drive awareness and adoption.
• Gather channel feedback and work towards improving execution efficiency and customer experience.

3. Stakeholder Management & Coordination

• Liaise with Risk, BIU, Operations, Technology, Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders to drive business initiatives and resolve dependencies.
• Track action items, follow up on deliverables, and ensure timely closure of queries and execution gaps.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth implementation of credit card propositions and offers.

4. Solitaire Credit Card Penetration

• Support initiatives to drive Solitaire Credit Card penetration across the eligible customer base.
• Track penetration metrics, identify opportunities and gaps, and support targeted campaigns and channel-led initiatives.
• Partner with relevant teams to improve activation, and adoption of Solitaire Credit Cards.

5. MIS, Reporting & Process Improvement

• Maintain regular MIS and dashboards to track offer execution, channel queries, and Solitaire Credit Card penetration.
• Provide periodic updates on key performance indicators, execution status, and outstanding issues.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve turnaround times, and enhance overall execution effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAS/SQL is a must 
• Ability to manage multiple activities, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
• Customer-centric approach, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
