Relationship Manager-NR Remittances_RETAIL NR-Program & MIS_Mumbai
- Manage and develop relationships with Non-Resident (NR) customers focusing on remittance services. - Handle program and MIS related tasks to support retail NR remittance operations. - Work closely with retail banking teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery. - Responsible for achieving business targets related to NR remittances. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processing and compliance. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of remittance products and regulatory guidelines. - Support MIS reporting and data analysis for program improvements. - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions. - Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements in all transactions. - Contribute to the growth of the NR remittance portfolio through proactive client engagement.Job role
