Role Purpose:

As the ServiceNow HRSD Product Owner you are part of the People Digital Solutions team within People Digital. This role requires the unique skillset of someone who is a strategic thinker, a visionary, yet can translate that strategy and vision to an executable roadmap and plan. You lead a small team, and work as part of a larger Product, Adoption, Insights and Data Governance subject matter experts spread across the globe. You are required to assess business requirements, drive design discussions and decisions, set requirements and support implementation for your solution as required. You are responsible for coordinating, administering and governing the solution ongoing. You will ensure you are well informed as to the People, People Digital and Regions strategies when designing and enhancing your specific solution. You will believe that People digital solutions are an enabler of the culture and performance we want to create for our organisation, and you will be a thought leader in this space with a key focus on user experience. You will ensure the solution meets our regulatory, compliance, governance and ethical standards and effectively manage business risk.  You will work in a structured way to project management methodology to ensure the stability of the solution and critical business processes.   You will effectively collaborate with the Digital team, who have responsibility for configuration.

Key accountabilities:

• In partnership with key stakeholders,
  - Set the vision and strategic drivers of the HRSD product that aligns to the broader ServiceNow platform strategy and the People Digital / ERP strategy
  - Create a multi-year strategic and outcome-based HRSD roadmap to realize the vision
  - Create quarterly objectives or goals of the HRSD product to execute the roadmap
• Provide thought leadership and the ‘art of the possible’ as it relates to your solution, including new functionality and product road maps
• Strategically align ServiceNow initiatives to meet the needs of the entire People technology ecosystem including Oracle, Eightfold.ai, Taleo, Appreciate and SuccessFactors.

• Drive holistic solution design for ServiceNow as the experience layer and one start shop for all People experiences. 

  This requires a ‘broader than just ServiceNow’ view of the capability of the People technologies and their functionality so we can create the best experience for our Worley people.

• Document business requirements and manage their timely approval for both large and small initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with our Partners in Digital, who build our solution. Support testing of new functionality. Identify and recommend solution upgrades and enhancements.
• The ability to be innovative and bring creative solutions to complex problems
• The ability to successfully manage and prioritise ServiceNow demand management (using ServiceNow CIM) and external support vendors to ensure timely, high quality outcomes that meet the stated business need and are in line with our HRSD strategy
• The ability to successfully escalate, manage and hold to account external support vendors
• Partner successfully with the ServiceNow vendor to bring best practice to Worley, the get the greatest value from our instance and to be seen as a best practice ServiceNow customer by the external market. 
• Assess business requirements, drive design discussions, set requirements and support go-lives/ enhancements as required while actively prioritising and manage the backlog
• Create project plans and structured methodologies and templates for your own work areas, and input into those owned by others
• Partner effectively with the wider People function to ensure the solution supports our ongoing People Strategy
• Support the development and maintenance of standards, procedures, Reference Guides, FAQ documentation and resources to support all system users
• Maintain the administration of the solution and programs
• Manage forms, workflow, reports and documentation for the solution
• Conduct routine reporting and analysis of the solution and programs
• Coordinate the migration of data and documents as needed
• Meet our regulatory, compliance, governance and ethical standards and effectively manage business risk
• Identify and share actionable insights from data to support meeting business needs, optimizing opportunities, improving the employee experience and reducing ‘pain’ points or ‘friction’ in the systems
• Aim for full systems functionality available is deployed to its maximum potential in the Regions
  Contribute to periodic review of Vendor performance against performance criteria

Key requirements:

• Undergraduate or postgraduate formal qualification in either Information Technology, Human Resources, Business/ Administration or equivalent experience in in administering a similar solution
• Experience in design and implementation of enterprise-wide HR digital initiatives, project and change management, ideally in a complex global organisation
• Functional knowledge and experience in managing ServiceNow HRSD previously. Experience with Tier 1 Cloud solutions (Oracle etc.)
• Experience consulting with a wide range of global stakeholders in and out of the People function
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility in working hours. There may be some regular calls outside of normal business hours to connect with global team
• Experience working in regional or global team (desirable)
