Candidate must have - AI/ML or Generative AI implementation experience, Python, AI/ML libraries, and data analysis tools. Lower Bound Skills Database testing Functional Testing or Quality Engineering experience. AI/ML or Generative AI implementation experience. Strong understanding of SIT, STLC, SDLC, Defect Management, and Test Management processes. Experience with Python, AI/ML libraries, and data analysis tools. Understanding of regression testing, risk-based testing, and test optimization. Familiarity with Jira, Xray, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Upper bound skills 8+ years of Testing and Quality Engineering experience. 4+ years of AI/ML implementation experience in QE environments. Proven experience implementing AI-driven Testing accelerators. Expertise in Predictive Analytics, Defect Prediction, and Quality Dashboards. Experience with GenAI, LLMs, and AI-enabled SDLC solutions. Strong understanding of Automation Testing and QE transformation programs. Experience in large Banking or Digital Transformation engagements. Ability to drive QE innovation and consulting initiatives.Job role
