As an AI Workforce Specialist in the India AI Business Solutions team, you'll own relationships at some of the key customer organizations, delivering  end-to-end AI Workforce transformation at scale through high-impact, value-driven customer engagements—helping organizations achieve meaningful business outcomes and unlock the full potential of AI-powered productivity.

As an AI Workforce Specialist, you will lead the charge in transforming how organizations adopt and scale AI-powered productivity across AI Workforce solutions and build strategies with customers, collaborating across different groups inside the Customer environment to successfully enable customers to drive and adopt AI transformation. You will lead consultative customer conversations and collaborate on the planning, orchestration and execution of end-to-end AI Workforce solutions opportunities with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell. Responsibilities

• Own and grow senior commercial relationships across your accounts — building pipeline and expanding Microsoft's footprint through AI- and cloud-led solutions.
• Qualify, advance, and close complex, board-level opportunities — orchestrating multi-stakeholder deals from first conversation through to signed commitment and successful adoption.
• Sell consultatively: lead with the customer's workforce, transformation, and business challenges, and connect them to the Microsoft AI Workforce solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Build and execute account and territory strategies that drive sustainable revenue, long-term partnership, and lasting customer trust.
• Use AI-driven market intelligence to spot white space, shape your pursuit strategy, and focus on the opportunities with the greatest commercial and customer impact.
• Lead value-based conversations around digital assistance, organisational change, governance, security, and new workforce models — helping customers commit to change and realise the value they've invested in.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in technology sales, solution or services selling, or account management — or equivalent experience gained through other routes.

Preferred Qualifications:

We're more interested in what you can do than in how you got here and we don't expect any one person to bring all of the below. You may be a strong fit if you have several of:

• Experience carrying commercial targets or owning account growth
• A consultative selling style - you build and win trust by solving real customer problems
• A talent for translating complex or emerging technology into clear business value and commercial outcomes.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and the future of work, and the confidence to sell in fast-moving, ambiguous situations.
• Awareness of governance, risk, security, or compliance considerations.
• A track record of orchestrating complex, long-cycle enterprise deals with many stakeholders, including at senior or board level.
