1. Good in requirement understanding & impact analysis across complex application landscapes 2. Good in project estimations & work packets forecasting in large projects. 3. Ability to manage portfolio working with customer ( IT application Managers & Business users ) 4. Able to drive Automation Test Strategies in Digital Transformation projects 5. Understand & having experience of implementing risk based execution strategies 6. Aware of all existing automation technologies & platform available in market 7. Experience on working on managed testing services contract ( T & M ) or managed test services contract ( team size should be more than 8. Able to manage customer relationships/ customer expectation on delivery management when working with them as a vendor partner. 9. Experience working on agile technology & AutomationJob role
