Job Description

  • . Job responsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their banking requirements.
  • Guide customers to the correct counter or bank officer.
  • Assist customers with digital banking services such as YONO SBI, UPI, ATM and internet banking.
  • Help customers understand and fill out basic banking forms.
  • Manage queues and guide customers during busy hours.
  • Assist senior citizens and customers who need additional support.
  • Explain SBI's digital services and promote self-service banking.
  • Answer basic queries and refer complex issues to the appropriate bank staff.
  • Provide information about banking products and services.
