Job Description
- Hiring: Source, interview, and onboard the right profile of Sales Executives (BDEs) based on bank norms. [1]
- Field Supervision: Lead direct field activities, corporate visits, and open-market campaigns across high-footfall locations (malls, metro stations, corporate parks, petrol pumps). [1, 2]
- Daily Huddles: Conduct morning briefings, assign daily micro-targets, and track evening performance metrics (Daily Sales Reports/DSR)
