Description – E-commerce Executive

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and the company website, ensuring smooth order processing, accurate inventory management, timely claims resolution and payment reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Process online orders and coordinate timely dispatch with the warehouse team.
• Monitor returns, cancellations, RTOs and customer claims; ensure timely filing and follow-up for eligible claims.
• Reconcile marketplace settlements, deductions, fees and payments with bank receipts.
• Maintain adequate stock levels across all online platforms and coordinate replenishment with the factory/warehouse.
• Track inventory discrepancies, pending orders and stock availability.
• Prepare regular reports on orders, returns, claims, settlements and inventory.
• Coordinate with marketplace support, accounts and warehouse teams to resolve operational issues.

Required Skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel, attention to detail, numerical accuracy, follow-up skills and preferably prior experience with e-commerce marketplaces.
