Job Description

  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, digital enquiries, and referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations to convert prospects into buyers.
  • Build and maintain a network of channel partners, brokers, and property consultants.
  • Identify, hire, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand the referral/affiliate network.
  • Drive business and revenue through the affiliate partner channel.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets as set by management.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales while ensuring proper documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and updated lead/client data in the CRM system.
  • Conduct market research on competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with the in-house media team for promotional collateral and campaign inputs.
  • Provide after-sales support and manage client relationships for referrals and repeat business.
  • Submit periodic sales reports and forecasts to the management.
