Operation Executive

Industrial Operations

● Plan, coordinate and monitor daily industrial work activities.

● Manage manpower, supervisors, contractors and site resources.

● Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and within the planned schedule.

● Monitor productivity, material usage and equipment requirements.

● Coordinate with clients, contractors and internal teams.

● Prepare daily/weekly work progress reports.

2. Industrial Safety

● Implement and monitor company safety procedures at work sites.

● Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings and job safety meetings.

● Ensure proper use of PPE by all employees and workers.

● Conduct site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions.

● Implement corrective and preventive actions.

● Monitor work-at-height, scaffolding, hot work, electrical work and other high-risk activities.

● Ensure proper permit-to-work procedures are followed.

● Maintain safety records, inspection reports and incident documentation.

3. Compliance & Documentation

● Ensure compliance with applicable industrial safety requirements and client safety standards.

● Maintain required safety registers, checklists and records.

● Coordinate safety audits and inspections.

● Assist in incident/accident investigation and prepare reports.

● Ensure emergency response procedures are understood and followed.

4. Manpower & Contractor Management

● Allocate manpower according to work requirements.

● Monitor worker attendance, discipline and productivity.

● Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers.

● Ensure workers are properly trained and authorized for assigned activities.

5. Quality & Project Coordination

● Coordinate with project/site teams to ensure work quality.

● Monitor project progress against planned schedules.

● Identify operational issues and take timely corrective action.

● Communicate site requirements and challenges to management.

Required Qualifications

● Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, Operations or a related field.

● Relevant industrial safety certification will be an advantage.

● 3–7 years of experience in industrial operations, construction, maintenance, painting, waterproofing or similar industrial activities.

● Good knowledge of industrial safety practices and site operations.

● Ability to manage manpower and multiple activities simultaneously.
