Sales Executive

Generate new patient enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media and other sources.

Contact new leads promptly and understand their requirements.

Explain clinic services and treatment options clearly.

Do not quote treatment prices before doctor consultation, unless specifically approved by management.

Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

Follow up with enquiries who have not yet booked an appointment.

Follow up with patients after consultation to support conversion.

Maintain daily lead and follow-up records.

Update all enquiries, appointments, follow-ups and conversions in the clinic software/Excel.

Coordinate with Front Office, Doctor, Nurse and CRO for smooth patient handling.

Explain packages, offers, EMI/payment options as approved by management.

Follow up on pending payments and package balances.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Collect patient feedback and communicate concerns to the concerned team.

Support Google review and patient referral activities as instructed.

Follow up with existing patients for repeat treatments and maintenance sessions.

Inform patients about upcoming camps, promotions and clinic activities.

Coordinate with both Mysore and Bangalore branches when required.

Participate in marketing activities, camps, corporate visits and promotional events.

Maintain professional communication and good patient relationships.

Achieve assigned monthly enquiry, consultation and conversion targets.

Submit daily sales/lead reports and monthly performance reports.

Attend daily team meetings and provide updates on pending leads.

Follow clinic SOPs, management instructions and ethical sales practices.

Ensure no false promises or misleading information is given to patients.
