Collection Team Leader

Requirement Position :- TEAM LEADER

• Experience Required: 1 to 6 years of experience in the Collection Department
• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Skills Required: Good communication, team handling, leadership, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
• Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives, depending on previous package and experience
• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply
• Location: Nagpur
• Preference: DRA-certified candidates will be preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assign collection allocations to team members, including Field Agents and Tele-calling Agents, based on their expertise and workload.
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics, including collection rates, call volumes, and customer handling.
• Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members on negotiation and customer-handling techniques.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.
• Address team conflicts and employee concerns promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Analyze account data to identify high-risk accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries related to debt collection.
• Negotiate suitable payment plans with customers to support timely recovery.
• Educate customers about their payment obligations and the consequences of non-payment.
• Ensure compliance with applicable debt collection laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor team activities to ensure ethical collection practices and process compliance.
• Prepare regular reports on team performance, collection metrics, outstanding amounts, and customer feedback.
• Present performance updates, observations, and recommendations to senior management.
