Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and ledger entries.
  • Prepare financial statements, invoices, and reports.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and audits.
  • Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely recovery from clients.
  • Maintain records of outstanding payments and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1+ years of accounting experience (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in payment follow-ups and recovery processes.
