Job Description

Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.

Identify potential clients including builders, contractors, architects, developers, industries, and government agencies.

Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand project requirements.

Present the company's engineering consultancy services professionally.

Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and client communications.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project discussions.

Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.

Achieve monthly business development targets.

Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings whenever required.
