Business Development Executive (BDE)

Shivam Media Next Private Limited is hiring a confident, result-oriented Field Sales Executive for its LED van advertising business.

The selected candidate will generate leads, meet prospective clients, present LED van advertising solutions, prepare proposals and close business.

This is a field-sales position involving regular travel and client meetings across Nagpur. It is not a desk job.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

Minimum one year of sales experience is required.

Candidates with experience in advertising, media, events, digital marketing, outdoor advertising, OOH advertising or B2B field sales will receive strong preference.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and approach businesses, brands and advertising agencies.
• Generate new leads through field visits, calls, referrals and networking.
• Understand clients’ promotional requirements.
• Present suitable LED van advertising packages and campaign solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and campaign plans.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the operations team for successful campaign execution.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Follow up on payments and collections.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, proposals and conversions.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• 1–3 years of sales, business development or client acquisition experience.
• Relevant advertising, media, events, digital marketing or B2B sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Confident in meeting business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Capable of generating leads independently.
• Target-oriented and consistent with follow-ups.
• Familiar with Nagpur’s local business market.
• Willing to travel regularly across Nagpur.
• Comfortable communicating in Hindi and Marathi; basic English is preferred.
• Able to use WhatsApp, email and basic spreadsheets.
