Job Description

🚗 Sales Manager – NIA EV Motors, Nagpur



Location: Showroom | Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–2 Years in Automobile/EV/Retail Sales preferred

Qualification: Any Graduate



Key Responsibilities:



- Handle showroom customers and generate bookings.

- Explain EV features, pricing, finance & warranty.

- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations.

- Follow up with leads through calls & WhatsApp.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.

- Coordinate with finance, RTO, service & delivery teams.



Required Skills:



- Good communication & convincing skills

- Customer handling and sales ability

- Target-oriented and confident personality

- Basic computer/CRM knowledge

- Two-wheeler riding preferred
