Job OverviewNarmada Agency is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell Philips Lighting products across Nagpur and surrounding markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing dealers, visiting electrical shops, and achieving monthly sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit electrical shops, hardware stores, dealers, distributors, contractors, and other potential customers on a daily basis.
• Generate new leads and develop a strong customer network across the assigned territory.
• Promote and sell Philips Lighting products and explain their features, benefits, and applications to customers.
• Maintain regular relationships with existing dealers and ensure repeat business.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, payments, and customer inquiries.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
• Coordinate with the office team for order processing, stock availability, and timely delivery.
• Maintain daily visit reports, customer details, sales records, and follow-up updates.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in lighting, electrical goods, hardware, or FMCG.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to independently manage field visits and develop new business.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp for reporting and customer communication.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence and have access to a two-wheeler.
• Knowledge of the Nagpur market and nearby areas will be preferred.
• Must be target-oriented, disciplined, proactive, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
