Clothes Sales Retail

Job Responsibilities:

Greet customers and understand their clothing and fashion requirements.

Assist customers in selecting suitable clothes based on their preferences, size, style, and budget.

Explain product features, quality, pricing, offers, and promotions.

Maintain proper display and arrangement of clothing products in the store.

Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Manage stock, check product availability, and coordinate with the store team for replenishment.

Handle billing and payment collection when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area.

Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Stay updated about new arrivals, ongoing offers, and fashion trends.

Requirements:

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

Basic knowledge of clothing, sizes, fabrics, and fashion trends is preferred.

Previous experience in retail or clothing sales is an advantage.

Freshers can also apply.

Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
