Job Overview :

Mediterranean Immigration is looking for an enthusiastic and client-focused Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients throughout the immigration process by understanding their requirements, providing accurate guidance, supporting documentation procedures, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to build trust with clients while providing professional immigration support.

• Key Responsibilities : Conduct client consultations to understand their immigration goals and requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to clients regarding immigration procedures and documentation.
• Act as the first point of contact for client queries and concerns.
• Assist clients in preparing and organizing required documents.
• Follow up with clients and provide regular updates on case progress.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client cases.
• Handle client concerns professionally and provide reassurance throughout the process.

Education:

• Graduates and undergraduates from any field can apply.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, consulting, or client handling preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
