Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised candidate to manage:

• Customer enquiries & sales follow-ups

• Order processing & coordination

• Product packaging & dispatch

• Basic accounting, invoicing & payment tracking

• Inventory & shipment tracking

• General back-office & administrative work


Requirements:

• Basic Pharma Knowledge

• Good communication & computer skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel & accounting

• Good organisational and follow-up skills

• Experience in pharma/export/logistics will be an advantage


We need someone reliable, organised, quick to learn and willing to take ownership of work. The role involves multiple responsibilities, so a person who can independently manage tasks rather than waiting for instructions will be preferred.
