Job Title: Real Estate Executive / Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market

• Handle client inquiries and provide property details

• Arrange site visits and property presentations

• Negotiate deals and finalize agreements

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Keep updated records of client interactions and transactions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of real estate market and property laws

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under targets and deadlines

• Graduate (preferred)

Experience:

• 0–3 years in real estate / sales (freshers can also apply)
