Job Description
The Site Engineer for Layout Development oversees the physical execution of land plotting, infrastructure development, and master plan alignment on-site. They handle boundary marking, leveling, and site surveying using Total Station and GPS equipment to accurately establish road networks, utility lines, and plot boundaries. By interpreting complex civil blueprints and grading plans, they ensure all earthwork, drainage, and utility trenching comply strictly with municipal regulations. The engineer directly manages on-site contractors and labor crews, maintaining daily progress logs while proactively resolving structural discrepancies. Ultimately, they serve as the critical link between design blueprints and physical execution, ensuring the entire layout development is completed on schedule and up to quality standards.
