Job Summary:-
We are looking for a Tourist Visa Officer with good knowledge of international tourist visa processes. The candidate will handle client enquiries, profile assessment, documentation, application preparation, and client follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Handle tourist visa enquiries and understand client profiles.
- Assess visa eligibility based on travel purpose, financial profile, and travel history.
- Guide clients regarding required documents and application procedures.
- Prepare and verify visa applications and supporting documents.
- Coordinate for missing documents, appointments, biometrics, and interviews.
- Prepare clients for visa interviews, especially USA B1/B2.
- Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain application records and coordinate with internal teams.
- Stay updated with visa rules, fees, and documentation requirements.
Visa Knowledge Required:-
Working knowledge of USA B1/B2, Schengen, Canada Visitor Visa, Dubai/UAE, and China Tourist Visa is preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of visa documentation and application processes.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good English communication.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications.
Eligibility:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in visa/immigration consultancy or travel industry will be preferred.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in tourist visa processing will have an advantage.
Performance Expectations:-
Accurate and timely application processing.
- Effective client follow-ups and coordination.
- Quality customer service.
- Achievement of assigned application/conversion targets.
