Job Description
Handle incoming sales enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp and IndiaMART.
Regularly check and respond to IndiaMART enquiries/leads.
Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices and product details.
Follow up with customers regularly for quotation conversion.
Maintain proper records of leads, enquiries, quotations and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the technical/service team for product-related queries.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
Follow up for payment, dispatch and order status.
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve monthly sales and enquiry-conversion targets.
Update daily sales activities and lead status in the company CRM/records.
Identify new business opportunities through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
