Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Handling inquiries recveived through indiamart, email marketing and digital marketing funnels.
- Advancing inquiries towards sales by assisting customers with their querries , handling objections and coordinating with sales team to close sales.
- Digital marketing activities like email marketing, whatsapp marketing, linkedin , facebook and Instagram marketing organic and paid campaigns,
- coordinating with sales team for monthly repeat orders and new business development inquiries.
- undertaking various training related to sales, marketing, technical training, product training and implementation of training to increase monthly / daily sales .
- sales coordination and office correspondence.
- lead generation and lead nurturing using social media marketing and digital marketing and AI based marketing tools
