Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales Officer
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Company: Mechmatrix – Easymech Machine Tools & Cutting Tools Division
Role Objective:
Drive on-ground sales of Easymech products by acquiring industrial clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit CNC machine shops, MSMEs, and other industrial clients.
- Promote Easymech products and solutions, highlighting ROI and efficiency benefits.
- Close sales deals and meet monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain and grow key client accounts through follow-ups and service support.
- Report market feedback, competitor activity, and sales data accurately in CRM.
- Represent the company at industrial exhibitions, workshops, and client meetings.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly Sales & Revenue Achievement
- Number of New Accounts Acquired
- Repeat Business & Account Retention
- Average Order Value Growth
- Pipeline Development & Forecast Accuracy
Experience & Qualifications:
- 1–4 years in Industrial B2B or Field Sales (Machine Tools/Cutting Tools preferred)
- Any Graduate , Diploma/BE Mechanical preferred; MBA is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Consultative selling approach
- Target-driven, proactive, and disciplined
- Technical understanding of industrial tools is preferred
