Job Description

General Manager – Service | JLR BrandLocation: Nashik

Brand: JLR

Experience: 10+ years in Automobile Service Operations, preferably with a premium automotive brand.

Salary Budget: ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall management of Service Department operations.
  • Achieve Service revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Lead and manage Service, Parts, Body Shop and support teams.
  • Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency and CSI.
  • Ensure compliance with JLR/OEM standards and processes.
  • Drive customer retention and service business growth.
  • Manage P&L, manpower planning and cost control.
