Hotel Express Inn is looking for an experienced Hygiene Auditor to monitor food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and compliance across hotel operations. The candidate will conduct routine hygiene audits, ensure food safety standards are followed, and prepare audit reports.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine hygiene and sanitation audits across hotel operations.
• Monitor compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Inspect food handling, storage, preparation, and service areas.
• Ensure proper workplace hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Identify hygiene and food safety gaps and report findings.
• Prepare and maintain hygiene audit reports.
• Monitor corrective actions and follow up on compliance.
• Support consistent food quality and safety practices across the hotel.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Diploma holder with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in hospitality, food safety, hygiene, or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Good observation, reporting, and compliance-monitoring skills.
• Basic English communication is required.

💰 Salary & Incentives

• Fixed Salary: ₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, as per skill and experience
