Relationship Manager - Retail

  • Client Acquisition: Bring in new retail customers through professional networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Portfolio Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share and secure repeat business.
  • Financial Advisory: Analyze retail client needs and recommend suitable banking, loan, or investment solutions.

  • Cross-Selling & Upselling: Promote additional products and services matching client financial goals.
  • Customer Support: Resolve client issues, handle feedback, and coordinate with internal credit or operations teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Compliance & Onboarding: Perform account verification and ensure adherence to company and regulatory guidelines.
