Job Description
Hiring: E-commerce & Social Media Sales ExecutiveCompany: Bharat Toys
Salary: ₹10,000 per month + 5% sales commission
Job Type: Full-Time
- Job ResponsibilitiesList and manage Bharat Toys products on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Promote products on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business to generate sales.
- Manage product listings, customer enquiries, orders, and online promotions.
- Create engaging product posts, reels, and other promotional content.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales and grow the Bharat Toys brand.
- RequirementsBasic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and social media marketing.
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Self-motivated and focused on achieving sales.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred.
- Salary & CommissionFixed salary: ₹10,000 per month.
- Commission: 5% on eligible net sales from completed orders, after deducting cancellations, returns, and refunds.
- Commission calculated monthly and paid after sales verification.
