Store Incharge

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and customer-focused Milk ATM Store Attendant to manage the day-to-day operations of our milk ATM store. The ideal candidate should maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, handle customers politely, operate the milk dispensing machine efficiently, and ensure the store is well-managed at all times.

• Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor the Milk ATM / milk dispensing machine during store hours.
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitization of the machine, dispensing area, containers, and other equipment.
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness of the store as per company standards.
• Assist customers with milk dispensing, payments, machine usage, and general queries.
• Handle customers politely and professionally and provide good customer service.
• Ensure the store remains organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Check the machine regularly and report any technical issues, leakage, malfunction, or unusual activity to the concerned person.
• Monitor milk availability and inform the supervisor when stock needs to be replenished.
• Maintain basic records of sales, stock, cleaning, and machine-related issues as required.
• Handle cash/digital payments responsibly and maintain accurate transaction records, if applicable.
• Follow all company rules, operating procedures, and discipline standards.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the store.
• Take care of store equipment, utensils, cleaning materials, and other company assets.
• Prevent wastage and maintain proper handling and storage of milk and related products.
• Maintain a professional appearance and follow appropriate hygiene and safety practices.
• Report customer complaints, stock shortages, equipment problems, or other store issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform other duties related to store operations and customer service as assigned by management.
• Required Skills & Qualities Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Honest, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to operate simple machines/equipment.
• Ability to maintain basic records.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Previous experience in retail, dairy, food service, or store operations is an advantage but not mandatory.

Working Expectations The Store Attendant is expected to maintain cleanliness, discipline, customer satisfaction, machine hygiene, and smooth day-to-day store operations.

The employee should immediately report any machine, stock, payment, or customer-related issue to the supervisor.

Preferred Candidate

Experience: 0–2 years in retail/store operations/customer service preferred

Education: Basic education; ability to read and write is preferred
