Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Kharghar

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: B.Com preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle Credit/Debit Note processing, payment monitoring and ledger reconciliations. The role requires good accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and regular coordination with Debtor parties.

Key Responsibilities

·       Verify Credit/Debit Notes with supporting workings, relevant PO, and agreed terms

·       Obtain internal approvals before processing Credit and Debit notes

·       Record entries in Excel tracker and Tally, and share Credit and Debit notes in the required format with parties

·       Monitor daily receipts and communicate short payments to Debtor parties

·       Collect Form 27C from parties and share data with CA for monthly filing

·       Perform periodic debtor/creditor ledger reconciliations

·       Assist in other Accounts Receivable tasks if required

Skills Required

·       Working knowledge of Tally & Excel

·       Good reconciliation and documentation skills

·       Professional email communication

·       Attention to detail and follow-up ability
