We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage accounting, taxation, and compliance work for multiple clients. The role involves hands-on exposure to GST, TDS, Income Tax, audits, and financial reporting, making it ideal for candidates looking to grow Accounts & Finance.

• Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Maintain books of accounts for multiple clients

• Pass journal entries, purchase/sales entries, and bank entries
• Prepare and manage ledgers, trial balance, and financial statements
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
• 2. GST CompliancePrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
• Reconcile GSTR-2B with books of accounts
• Handle GST notices and basic queries
• Ensure timely compliance with GST regulations
• 3. TDS & Income TaxCalculate and file TDS returns
• Prepare income tax computation for individuals and businesses
• Assist in filing Income Tax Returns (ITR)
• Handle basic notices and follow-ups with authorities
• 4. Audit & Finalization SupportAssist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits
• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audits
• Work on balance sheet finalization and compliance reports
• 5. Bank & Account ReconciliationPerform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Identify discrepancies and resolve them
• Ensure accuracy of financial data
• 6. Client CoordinationCommunicate with clients for data, documents, and clarifications
• Follow up for pending information and compliance deadlines
• Provide basic updates on filings and requirements
• Skills & RequirementsStrong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax basics
• Working knowledge of Tally
• Understanding of financial statements and compliance processes
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
• Qualifications B.Com / M.Com
• CA Inter / CMA Inter (Preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in a CA firm or accounting practice
