Job Description

Position: Legal Advocate

Job Description:

  • Handle legal matters related to loans, recovery, agreements and documentation.
  • Draft and review loan agreements, legal notices and contracts.
  • Handle recovery, cheque bounce and other legal proceedings.
  • Coordinate with courts, external advocates and legal authorities.
  • Conduct legal verification of customer and property documents.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable RBI/NBFC and legal requirements.

Qualification: LLB/LLM with Bar Council Enrollment.

Experience: 1–3 years in NBFC/Banking/Loan Recovery preferred.
