Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle Civil litigation matters from drafting and filing to final arguments and disposal.
- Draft Writ Petitions, Suits, Appeals, Arbitration Petitions, Interim Applications, Affidavits, Rejoinders, Legal Notices and other pleadings.
- Appear independently before courts, tribunals and statutory authorities.
- Handle litigation relating to land, construction, real estate and property disputes.
- Manage matters at all stages, including case strategy, hearings, procedural compliance and final arguments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sound practical knowledge of CPC, Arbitration Law, Slum Act, Land Laws, Construction and Real Estate Laws.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, communication and advocacy skills.
- Ability to independently manage cases and court proceedings.
- Prior experience in real estate, land or construction litigation will be preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in civil litigation and independent court appearances is essential.
