🏦 HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (Kotak Securities)🔥


📌 Job Details:

Open. Positions:

* Customer Service (Voice process)

* Customer Service (Chat Process)

* Customer Service (Email Process)


Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year of customer service experience

• Freshers with Excellent English communication are welcomed

• Graduation Marksheet Mandatory 

• Fluent English Communication (Versant 5) required


💰 Salary: 

For freshers - ₹21,000 inhand; ₹26,100 CTC

For Experienced - ₹23,000 in hand; ₹28,100 CTC 


Employment documents mandatory for Experienced candidates -

* Offer Letter / Appointment Letter

* Last 3 months salary slips / Bank statement

* Experience Letter / Relieving Letter 


• Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (any 9 hour shift in between the given time frame)

• Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
