Customer Care Executive – US Voice Process
Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the position of Customer Care Executive – US Voice Process. The role involves handling calls from US customers, resolving queries, providing excellent customer service, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Share accurate information about products, services, pricing, offers, and promotions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer objections and help convert sales opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow company quality standards, compliance policies, and process guidelines.
Skills Required
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
- Good customer service and customer-handling skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th pass with at least 6 months of experience; graduates can also apply.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply, subject to the stated eligibility criteria.
- Must be comfortable working in rotational US night shifts.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays as required.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly CTC: ₹20,100
- Drop transportation facility applicable between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
- Night shift allowance based on eligible night shifts worked.
- PF contribution and other deductions will be governed by applicable company policy.
Shift Details
- US rotational night shifts.
- Login timings may start between 4:30 PM and 1:30 AM.
- Total working duration: 9 hours per day.
- Day shifts may apply during training.
- Two consecutive rotational weekly offs.
