Job Summary:  

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Electrical Assembly Technician to support the 

assembly, soldering, and testing of electrical and electronic products and sub-assemblies. The ideal 

candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical/electronic assembly, soldering of SMD and 

leaded components, and the ability to understand electrical schematics and BOMs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform electrical and electronic assembly activities for products and sub-assemblies. 

• Assemble circuits using SMD and leaded components. 

• Carry out SMD and through-hole/lead component soldering as per assembly requirements. 

• Read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams, circuit diagrams, and BOMs. 

• Identify and correctly handle electrical/electronic components during assembly. 

• Perform wiring, component mounting, soldering, and other assembly-related activities. 

• Ensure proper workmanship, component placement, soldering quality, and assembly standards. 

• Inspect assembled components for defects, loose connections, soldering issues, and other 

workmanship problems. 

• Follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines. 

• Support the team in troubleshooting basic assembly-related issues. 

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the assembly workstation. 

• Ensure timely completion of assigned assembly tasks while maintaining quality standards. 

Qualifications: 

• ITI in Electrical or equivalent technical qualification. 

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronic assembly preferred. 

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic components. 

• Hands-on knowledge of SMD and leaded component soldering. 

• Ability to understand and interpret electrical schematics and BOMs. 

• Good hand skills and precision for soldering and assembly work. 

• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used for electrical/electronic assembly. 

• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality. 

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
