Job Description
- Installation & Setup
- Assemble and install weighing machines at client sites and internal facilities.
- Configure machines according to operational requirements and safety standards.
- Calibration & Testing
- Perform routine calibration to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Maintenance & Repair
- Carry out preventive maintenance schedules.
- Repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of weighing machines.
- Replace faulty parts and ensure minimal downtime.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure machines meet industry standards and legal metrology requirements.
- Maintain service logs, calibration certificates, and repair records.
- Customer Support
- Provide technical assistance to clients and shop-floor teams.
- Train operators on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.
