Job Description

  • Installation & Setup
  • Assemble and install weighing machines at client sites and internal facilities.
  • Configure machines according to operational requirements and safety standards.
  • Calibration & Testing
  • Perform routine calibration to ensure measurement accuracy.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Maintenance & Repair
  • Carry out preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of weighing machines.
  • Replace faulty parts and ensure minimal downtime.
  • Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure machines meet industry standards and legal metrology requirements.
  • Maintain service logs, calibration certificates, and repair records.
  • Customer Support
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and shop-floor teams.
  • Train operators on proper usage and basic troubleshooting.
